About Us:
Welcome to Tiny Foot, a Pakistan-based online store for thrifted kids' sneakers. We find branded shoes from names like Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Puma and Reebok, and bring them to parents at prices that make sense for growing feet. Every pair is hand-picked, checked and cleaned before dispatch, and most pairs are one of a kind, so what you see is exactly what you get.
Shipping & Delivery:
We deliver to all cities across Pakistan within 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout, and tracking details are shared once your parcel is dispatched. Read our Shipping Policy.
Payment:
We do not offer cash on delivery. All orders are processed via bank transfer. Simply place your order, complete the bank transfer, and our team will confirm and dispatch your pair.
Product Condition & Wrong Items:
All our shoes are thrifted (pre-owned) and may show minor signs of previous use, which we show in our photos and descriptions. If you receive a wrong item or an item with a problem that was not shown or described on the website, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and our team will review your request.
Privacy Policy:
We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order, such as your name, phone number, email and address. We never sell your personal information and only share it with trusted partners such as couriers and payment providers. Read our full Privacy Policy.
